CHC Helikopter Services are now looking to recruit for multiple roles as technicians and/or skilled workers at our base located in Stavanger.

Key Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Maintain the required authorisations for aircraft and aircraft components in your area
  • Ensure the quality of work carried out by yourself and/or non-certifying technicians under your supervision
  • Accurately compile documentation and certify maintenance carried out within your scope of authority
  • Ensure all documentation used during maintenance is of the correct revision status
  • Stay current with all amendments to Company Procedures/Manuals and all other relevant technical data
  • Properly control all tools used during maintenance
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the work areas under your control
  • Work in compliance with the company’s Health, Safety and Environmental policies and procedures
  • Update company IT systems and ensure proper reporting
  • Perform other duties as assigned within areas of responsibility

Qualifications, Skills & Attributes

Required Qualifications 

 

 

Essential

  • Skilled worker certificate in avionics or aircraft mechanics
  • EASA Licensed B1 and/or B2 Engineer

 

 

Desirable

  • Type ratings for Sikorsky S92, Super Puma AS332, or AW189

 

 

Skills/Experience:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Norwegian (or other Scandinavian language)
  • Good computer skills.
  • Experience of AMOS MRO software is an advantage
  • Awareness of MSDS and COSHH requirements
