CHC Helicopters has a current opportunity for a dynamic individual to take on the role as Deputy Manager Crew Training (DMCT) APAC. This is a full time Management position who will assist the Manager Crew Training with accountabilities for the provision of CHC APAC Flight Training program, to support safe and compliant operations. The deputy MCT must be acceptable to CASA as a substitute Head of Training and Checking for Australia when required.
The Deputy MCT will report directly to the Manager Crew Training/Head of Flight Training, assisting the Manager Crew Training and Manager Flight Operations (MFO) to ensure all Type Rating Instructor (TRI) and (Type Rating Examiner (TRE) are conducted in a safe, efficient and professional manner in accordance with Company manuals and policies in their AOC.
